An ICT Cluster was created to bring together IT professionals trained by the project and the local technical community to work on concrete and tangible improvements to local infrastructure. The following initiatives have been carried out:
Strengthening of the local IXP
Two switches, a router and a server were installed at Haiti IXP.
Training workshop and IPV6 deployment with the local technical community
Training courses for technicians in Network Management and Internet Security
